Java ME (CDC) Devices
A listing of devices capable of running CDC (Personal Basis
Profile and Personal Profile) applications out of the box. This does not include the various Palm, Linux and Windows smartphones and PDAs which are capable of running Personal Profile applications after the user installs a suitable JVM such as IBM's J9. This means your potential audience is actually much larger than the few devices here might suggest.
Here is some information on Java support for Palm devices.
