Anticipation – A Powerful Benefit of Life Experiences

A new paper, Anticipatory Consumption of Experiential and Material Purchases, by Cornell’s Thomas Gilovich, dives into the psychology of the anticipation leading up to an experience.


The findings?  Four separate studies demonstrate that:
