How do you celebrate a massive year of growth, in a meaningful, relevant way? Video game publisher Maximum Games had an amazing, record-setting year with +480% year-over-year growth, earning them the 10th spot on the San Francisco Business Times Fast 100 List (an annual list of the fastest-growing companies in the Bay Area). They wanted to do something special for their employees to celebrate and to say “thank you” for all of their hard work. Their recognition pick? Not cash, not gift cards, but instead they gave memorable, personal, and shareable Blueboard rewards to every employee on the team.
We had the chance to sit down with Deborah Phan (Sr. Accounting Manager at Maximum Games) after going out and about on her Blueboard experience. Deborah was able to cross an item off her personal bucket list with indoor skydiving! She loved it, getting plenty of hang time inside the skydiving chamber and lots of support from the iFly staff, making her feel comfortable along the way. After her experience, she enjoyed sharing photos and videos with co-workers as well as with friends and family on Facebook. Next up for Deborah, trying the 13,000 ft. jump in a full skydiving experience!
