Quarterly & Annual Blueboard Rewards

Every quarter and at the end of each year, we reward our high achievers, hard workers, and rising stars with amazing Blueboard experiences that keep them connected to our mission.

Anniversary R&D Program

Each year on your Blueboard anniversary date, we offer the opportunity (and budget) to go #Blueboarding on an R&D-based tenure trip. You design your research questions and experience; we make it happen. When you return, you’re invited to share learnings with the broader team to help influence our future product and service offerings.

Learning & Development Program

Each year, fulltime Blueboarders receive a $1,000 stipend to invest in their own professional growth. From professional coaching to workshops to business books on your reading list, this budget is yours to learn yourself up.

Our interview process.

At Blueboard, we’re thoughtful about every single hire we make. We’re building a team rich in diverse talents and experiences, and we welcome all applicants. If you’re not sure whether you’re qualified, but you’re passionate about Blueboard, we encourage you to reach out.

Our interview process is carefully designed for us to get to know each other well. We’ll be looking to deeply understand your skills, experience, and potential, as well as how our mission and values resonate with you. We want you to get to know us, too, and we welcome your questions throughout the process.

Once we kick off our conversations, you can expect to chat with your hiring manager, various colleagues, and likely one or both of our Cofounders over the course of a few weeks. You should also expect to complete a role-related take-home assignment so that we can see your knowledge and experience in action. Throughout all of these stages, we hope you’ll let your personal style shine. We truly believe in dancing a little different at Blueboard, and we celebrate the uniqueness of every candidate!
